Self Exclusion

Purpose and scope

92r provides a Self-Exclusion framework to assist players who may be experiencing problems with gambling. This policy governs the availability, scope and effects of self-exclusion and related measures across all 92r platforms and services.

Exclusion options and durations

Self-exclusion may be selected for fixed periods: six months, one year, two years, five years, or permanent. If a period is not specified, a six-month self-exclusion will apply by default.

  • During the self-exclusion period the account is blocked from placing bets or engaging in wagering activity through 92r.
  • Permanent self-exclusion ends only by a written request from the user and at 92r sole discretion.
  • Premature reopening of the account is possible only through a written request by the user and remains subject to 92r sole discretion.

How to initiate self-exclusion

  1. Access the Self-Exclusion option within the 92r account under the Responsible Gaming section and select the desired exclusion period, or
  2. Contact 92r Customer Support via available channels and formally request self-exclusion, specifying the period you require. The request may require verification of identity before processing.

Effects during self-exclusion and post-exclusion steps

During a Self-Exclusion period, you will not be able to place bets or access wagering services. You may login to withdraw any remaining balance. The account cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period, except by a written request from the user and at 92r sole discretion. Upon expiry or termination of the exclusion period, reactivation of the account may require further verification and approval by 92r.

Time-out option

Time-out provides a temporary cessation of gambling activity without a long-term exclusion. The period is defined by the user, and access to the account is suspended for that duration. Access is restored automatically after the time-out period unless the user or 92r elects to extend or modify it.

Data handling and marketing opt-out

On initiating self-exclusion, 92r will remove the user from marketing databases and cease promotional communications. The user should also remove 92r applications, downloads and social media links. Consider installing software or services that block access to gambling sites. If you are experiencing gambling-related issues, a problem gambling support service should be consulted for assistance.

Exclusion notices with other operators

It is advisable to seek exclusion from all other licensed gambling operators. You may contact those operators directly or submit a Self-Exclusion Notice with each operator. 92r will cooperate with external operators within its legal responsibilities to support your exclusion efforts.
